How Do You Handle Problems at Work?
Question
How do you handle problems at work?
Answer
When I face a problem at work, I first stay calm and try to understand the root cause and its impact on the project. I review the relevant code, documentation, logs, or requirements, then identify possible solutions and compare their risks.
If I can solve it independently, I implement the best solution and test it carefully. If the issue may affect quality, scope, or the delivery schedule, I inform my leader or PM early. I explain the problem clearly, share what I have already checked, and propose possible solutions instead of only reporting the issue.
I believe early communication is very important. It helps the team make decisions quickly and prevents a small problem from becoming a bigger risk near the deadline.
