What are your future career goals?

Answer

At this stage of my career, I want to grow into a stronger technical leader rather than focus only on a specific job title. I already have experience leading developers, reviewing technical designs, and building full-stack systems, so my next goal is to take greater ownership of projects—from understanding the business problem and designing the solution to supporting delivery and production operations.

Over the next few years, I want to deepen my knowledge of system design, cloud architecture, security, and performance. I also want to improve my communication and decision-making skills so that I can explain technical trade-offs clearly, mentor team members, and help the team make better engineering decisions.

Ultimately, my goal is to build reliable systems that create real business value while helping the people around me grow.
