Answer

I am looking for a company with clear goals, open communication, and a collaborative engineering culture. I value an environment where team members can share ideas, discuss technical trade-offs honestly, and work together to solve meaningful business problems.

At this stage of my career, I would like opportunities to take ownership beyond implementation—for example, contributing to system design, improving engineering practices, mentoring developers, and supporting projects from planning through production. I also appreciate regular feedback because it helps me understand where I can improve and how I can contribute more effectively.
